We are allowed to be both complete and ‘A Work in Progress’,
We don’t have to be finished or perfect to be valuable and worthy.
Some days we feel like we have figured it all out and on other days we feel like we are back at the beginning.
Both are true.
A painting is not less beautiful while the artist is still adding his brush strokes.
We are the art and the artist.
We are the creation and the creator.
We are becoming while we are already complete.
We don’t have to apologize while still learning and healing.
We don’t have to feel sorry for who we are and what we need.
Growth does not invalidate how far we have come.
It honors it.
Every version of us that got us here was necessary, even the ones that we have outgrown.
We can celebrate who we are today while working towards becoming who we will be tomorrow.
We are never done.
We are always becoming.
We can be proud that we still want to grow.
That is the beauty of life.
We are whole and complete even now as we change and evolve.
We are enough as we are and we are allowed to become more.

This reflection opens with tenderness, reminding us we can be whole even while unfinished.
It humanises worth by detaching it from perfection, affirming that imperfection does not erase dignity.
The metaphor of painting shows beauty in process, each brushstroke part of a living masterpiece.
We are both art and artist, creation and creator, shaping ourselves while already luminous.
Learning and healing are not flaws but gestures of care, needing no apology.
Growth is honoured as continuity, carrying every past version into the present with gratitude.
Outgrown selves are not discarded they are necessary bridges that brought us here.
Celebration of today coexists with hope for tomorrow, weaving pride with aspiration.
Life is humanised as rhythm, never finished, always becoming, always tenderly unfolding.
Ultimately, it insists we are enough now, even as we allow ourselves to grow more.
So beautiful, Capry. 🙏✨
