To know misery is to know humiliation. Abject misery brings about desolation and oppression. Hardships stir sorrow and sadness and tempt us to throw in the towel. When it reaches beyond endurance, human nature has a tendency to give up the fight and submit to the frightful brutalities of life and its cruel ways. It sometimes reminds us of the devastating truth that we are mere puppets in the hands of fate. To subjugate oneself at the hands of fate is a dreadful waste of human life and its resources.
Life has its own queer twists and turns. Pain, suffering, sorrow and sadness play a major part in bringing forth triumph in our lives. The courage and endurance to face the ‘ODDS’ at its face and learn from the struggle will surely deposit us at the doorstep of triumph. Fight back. The will to live and succeed should be more urgent than hunger and thirst. The rough and tumble that we experience during the course of our journey should act as an impetus to fight till the end.
Triumph is born out of sorrow and misery. A wounded spirit will never fight against human violence and deprivation. One should posses the mental strength to keep the spirit alive for the belly fire to burn for survival. Mental survival supported by nothing but our own intensity to make it against all odds, ultimately see us through. It will pass (Misery). Nothing stays for long. The fleeting glance of sorrow and misery should never overpower our determination to see victory. Failure is the stepping stone to success.
To succumb is to give up. To lose the spirit of ‘fight’ is to allow the elements of sorrow and misery to overwhelm our existence.
The lowest pit in hell is occupied by the coward who does not fight for his survival.
To hope that triumph succeeds all, will keep us alive to face the challenges of morrow.
A rigid self-control will enable us to sustain misfortune with inner steeliness and outward calmness.
Those who have not faced crisis have not lived their life completely.
